We believe in serving our church in administration, helps, altar ministry and visitations. Our hearts are to see people equipped, informed, healed and blessed. We love to see people connected to God's best through the manifold ministries at Freedom so they can reach their spheres of influence more effectively.

As a worship team, we desire to express our love to God by giving Him glory, honor and praise during our times of corporate worship. Through both written music and prophetic song, our goal is to lead this congregation into the presence of God. I encourage the worship team and whole church to participate in corporate worship by giving opportunity for people to move in prophetic words, songs, rhythm or movement during the service.

Do you want to know the heart of God? Prayer is the ultimate love language! The vision here at Freedom is to seek God first and foremost! To provide a safe place where you can ask for your own personal prayer needs and have your brother or sister will come along side and pray for you, believe with you, and watch the power of prayer in action! You may be called to intercede and come and move mountains for others in our church, our neighborhood, our city, our world! Come and join us as we live out the great commandment; Love God and love others through prayer.

All are welcome to participate. We meet for prayer on Sunday mornings at 9:15am and Wednesday evenings at 7pm.

Freedom K.I.D.S.

"Freedom K.I.D.S"

Freedom K.I.D.S. stands for Know, Impact, Disciple and Share.

Nursery and Preschool:

We consider the Nursery to be one of the most important ministries here at Freedom Fellowship. It is the child's first experience with the church and we definitely want them to experience Jesus' love and protection.

Nursery is available for newborns through children 2 years of age, and Preschool is for children ages 3 - 5. Both are available 11:00am on Sunday mornings and 7:15pm on Wednesday evenings.

It is our prayer that the children of Freedom Fellowship increase their knowledge of the Lord and abide in peace with one another (Isaiah 54:13). Our passion is to build relationships that replace rejection and enable each child to grow in the fruit of the Spirit. Every child will be taught Christ-centered life skills that will prepare him or her to face the challenges and temptations of the world.

Freedom K.I.D.S.
Children's Ministry is available at 10:30am on Sunday mornings and is for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

We believe that this new season is all about letting your light shine. In this new season we are going to put extra emphasis on the importance of allowing the light of Christ in the youth’s life to shine for the entire world to see. We are going to provide practical opportunities for the youth to put this principle to practice by participating in the church’s community events and by teaching and putting into practice Holy Spirit led evangelism. We believe that when the youth’s faith is mixed with action and they see the power of God’s love on display that it will further establish their foundation in God and best prepare them for the next season of life. We are honored and excited to see how Gods going to move in this generations life. We believe that in this new season God is going to set ablaze this generation in such a mighty way that it cannot be quenched nor hidden. [Matthew 5:14-16]
-Youth Pastor Josh Kemberling

Youth Group is for children/teens in 6th through 12th grade. Please see the church calendar for meetings.

As part of the team at Freedom we believe "where the spirit of the Lord is there is freedom" and we are dedicated to living our lives after the spirit and not the flesh.Because we are living in a time where God's standards are becoming distorted in marriage, it is vitally important to structure marriages according to the word of God (Ephesians 5:22 - 25). Our purpose is to equip couples with the tools to combat the enemy. Couples will receive encouragement on how to respect, revive, restore, and refresh their relationships, all while reflecting upon their marriage individually and collectively with the purpose of strengthening this important covenant relationship.

The mission of the Greeters at Freedom Fellowship is to make sure that everyone coming through our doors is welcomed warmly and formally. As the 1st person a visitor may meet in our church group, we help make their visit here pleasant and we let them know they are among friends. They just won't be another face in the congregation. A welcoming handshake or hug helps open that door for them.

For more information about becoming involved in Greeting please contact Tony Balda after service or by email,

evangelism photo

We believe it is important for the Church to introduce people, outside of the four walls, to the power of the Kingdom of God. We do this by going to the Pima County Jail five times a month and through special outreaches that we call "Treasure Hunts". It is so exciting to see God minister His love and healing power to people who have never experienced it.

Street ministry and outreaches at the Pima County Jail vary.

For more information regarding general evangelism, street ministry or prison ministry, please contact Pastor Frank Kemberling,

We support Alliance for Children Everywhere (ACE) by setting aside our pocket change throughout the month and then bringing it as an offering for children in Zambia, Africa. ACE's "Change 4 Children" provides milk and medicine for babies, a nourishing meal for older children and sends a child to school.

The offering for ACE's Change 4 Children is collected the last Sunday of each month.

For more information, please contact Pastor Frank Kemberling,

We also support a local ministry Team Tucson that has a mission to support our community and make a difference because God cares about His creation. Their goal is to empower youth to walk in their highest calling, to accomplish all that God has for them, and to empower them with the realization they can, and do, make a difference. They are consistently reaching out in different ways to different people through free community service.

Meeting times and outreaches vary.

For more information, please contact Thom and Barbara Patterson, or visit the Team Tucson website.
